The Amount of Coaching Hours & Fees
One meeting is occasionally enough for a person’s particular situation. More commonly, it’s between 2 – 4 because people describe needing time in between meetings to consider ideas and thoughts generated in our conversation. It’s not always a linear process, there can be some cycling back through earlier thoughts and comments.
Some people need more processing time and therefore how much content is covered in a meeting can be different for each person.
5 meetings is usually the maximum. Future sessions can always be booked again, if the need arises.
Conflict Coaching is charged at £75 per hour.
For low income (and unwaged) the fee is £55 per hour.
There is a possible free 30 minute discovery call available to anyone who would prefer to have an initial meeting with me to decide if conflict coaching is the right thing.
Mediation is charged at £120 per person, per session, for an initial meeting with each party, separately, to the conflict. This is up to 2 hours.
For low income (and unwaged) the fee is £85 per person, per session, for an initial meeting.
A joint mediation meeting is charged at £160 per person, per meeting for up to 3 hours.
For low income (and unwaged) the charge is £105 per person, for up to 3 hours.
For joint mediation meetings, it may be necessary to hire a (neutral) venue in so that people can meet face to face. It would be in an area as close to the participants as possible. If a hired venue is required, a charge for the venue will be added to the cost, usually around £45 per hour to be split between the amount of participants to a meeting. I do not charge for travelling time unless it is more than an hour’s journey one way.
If a second joint mediation meeting is required, the above costs will be reduced by 10% for that meeting, although the venue hire costs would remain the same.
